Use of this site
This site describes Grand VIVAHA, a tier of VIVAHA.AI operated by a ring-fenced Indian subsidiary of InScotia Limited. It does not transact. It collects no payments. The only personal information it receives is what you choose to submit through the application form.
Applications
Submitting an application does not oblige Grand VIVAHA to accept it, nor does it oblige you to accept a subsequent introduction. Both sides reserve the right to decline at any point before membership is entered into.
Intellectual property
The Grand VIVAHA name, its wordmark, the text and imagery on this site, and the site's design are the property of InScotia Limited and its Indian subsidiary. You may cite brief excerpts with attribution; you may not reproduce the site in whole or use its imagery for any commercial purpose without written permission.
Referrals
Where a member refers a family to Grand VIVAHA, no fee, benefit or consideration passes between us. The referring member receives no financial incentive, and the referred family receives no preferential pricing. The referral is recognised only as context for our own evaluation.
Confidentiality
Information shared with us is treated as confidential by default — by employees, by network partners, and by any external professional we engage (counsel, accountants, auditors). Our confidentiality obligations are documented in writing with every network partner.
Disclaimers and liability
This site is provided on an “as is” basis. It describes, in general terms, what Grand VIVAHA does; the specifics of any engagement are agreed in a separate member agreement. Our aggregate liability for any use of this site is limited to the fees received (none apply to public use of the site).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the courts at [city to be specified by counsel].
